1st Visit to Disneyland 2008

Yesterday was Jacoby's first visit to Disneyland, and he was able to share that big day with not only his parents but his Grammy and Granpa Foote and Uncle G. The first ride experience was the Jungle Cruise and since we were sitting right on the engine, it was so LOUD! Jacoby screamed the whole ride:( We thought for sure that the rest of the day was going to be a rough one. Well it turned out it wasn't he went on the asteroid ride with daddy in Tomorrowland and didn't have much of a reaction, but then we all went on the Carousel and he really loved it. It was finally the time that we have all been anticipating.....the meeting of Mickey Mouse and Jacoby. We started out the day thinking it was going to be perfect because he sleeps with a Mickey everynight in his Mickey crib but then the Jungle Cruise changed our mind, well it turned out to be the highlight of our day! He LOVED Mickey. He kept reaching for him while smiling and laughing, it was so stinking cute and i was a very relieved mommy. Jacoby ended the day by watching the parade then hitting it hard in the stroller. The grandparents and Grant took him home to our house while me and Tom stayed behind to have some time to our selves. We bought some souvenirs for the house and Cobes of course then finished off the Disney fun with fireworks. It was a fantasmic Day!!!
